thePhoneFob is described here as a thin RFID building-access credential that is in development. Descriptions, dimensions and images are subject to change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Access-control compatibility
Compatibility depends on the access-control technology installed in each building and on physical testing. We do not guarantee that thePhoneFob will work with every building reader or system.
Building authorization
thePhoneFob credentials must be issued, authorized and enrolled by building management under that building's access-control procedures. thePhoneFob does not grant access to any building on its own.
Smartphone and case compatibility
Performance can vary with phone model, case design and materials, and wireless chargers. Wireless-charging compatibility is a design objective and is not guaranteed for every phone, case or charger.
Pricing and quotes
This website does not publish pricing and does not make an offer to sell. Pricing and terms are provided only in a written quote and are subject to confirmation.
Intellectual property
The thePhoneFob name, logo, product artwork and website content belong to CondoClimate, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. The printed "DO NOT DUPLICATE" notice on the credential is a deterrent and not a technical anti-copying mechanism.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its information are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, CondoClimate, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
